Responsabilidades

• Oversee development and implementation of goals and objectives for the practice.
• Develop and implement office procedures to improve flow and operations.
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and checks and balances.
• Lead Human Resources activities: interviewing, hiring, orienting and evaluating staff.
• Review operational budget and expenditures to stay within parameters.
