Responsibilities

• Manage and balance provider templates for optimized utilization, monitoring productivity.
• Evaluate and manage quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
• Represent the service line during recruitment, communicating needs for new providers.
• Focus on consumer experience through oversight of performance and escalation of complaints.
• Deliver on Team Member Promise through leadership development and engagement plans.
• Ensure workflow optimization and accountability for providers and staff.
• Manage disciplinary action plans and conduct practice rounding with staff.
• Review provider renewals and conduct renewal discussions.
• Drive financial growth and budget accountability for practices within service lines.
• Collaborate on capital planning and space planning with facilities and purchasing.
• Support strategic and operational plans and assist learners and residents.
