Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Experience in physician practice management, managing multiple practices, and start-ups preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, billing, reimbursement, and governmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee provider templates and productivity to optimize utilization.
• Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance across service lines.
• Lead recruitment processes and manage renewals for providers and staff.
• Monitor consumer experience and escalate complaints; implement action plans.
• Ensure financial performance and capital planning for practices within service lines.
