The position requires strong budgeting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Data analysis and critical thinking.
• Experience in finance and accounting with regard to budget oversight.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
• Knowledge of physician billing and reimbursement practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization, monitoring productivity to determine the need to add or consolidate providers.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety, overseeing outcomes, licenses, certifications, accreditations, onsite inspections, and risk events.
• Represents the service line during recruitment, identifying new providers and monitoring recruitment triggers.
• Focuses on consumer experience through oversight and accountability of performance, managing action plans and escalating complaints.
• Delivers on Team Member Promise through leadership development conversations and engagement plans, ensuring mandatory training compliance.
• Ensures workflow optimization and effectiveness for providers and staff, maintaining service line accountability through meetings and reviews.
• Manages disciplinary actions and performance conversations with providers and staff, including rounding with teams.
• Reviews upcoming provider renewals and conducts introductory renewal discussions.
• Responsible for financial growth within the practice or specialty, and overall financial performance of practices in the service lines.
• Understands capital responsibilities and drives expense management aligned with revenue impact; assists in annual capital planning.
• Collaborates with facilities and purchasing on forms and capital requests; supports space planning for growth and educational programs.
