Job summary

Godaelli Psychiatry and Mental Health Center is seeking a Practice Administrator to own the business operations of a multi-office psychiatric practice in Virginia, Maryland, and DC. The role partners with leadership to drive strategy while clinicians stay focused on patient care.

The administrator will oversee revenue cycle, payer contracting, and credentialing, and lead non-clinical staff, HR records, and vendor contracts. This is an on-site Woodbridge, VA position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing outpatient medical practice operations.
• 2+ years of budget or P&L accountability.
• Experience with payer contracting, credentialing, and revenue cycle.
• Proficiency with EHR/practice management reporting.
• Discretion handling confidential personnel matters with HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Owns the business operations of the practice, including financial performance and revenue cycle.
• Lead payer contracting, credentialing, and compliance activities across multiple states.
• Direct daily clinic operations, scheduling, and staff development.
• Manage payroll, benefits, PTO, and HR records.
