You will align with the M&A team, executive leadership, and clinical leaders to stabilize and optimize performance across access, productivity, staffing, and patient experience. The role requires driving Day 1 through ongoing operations, risk-adjusted care, and high-quality care within a full-risk model, partnering with Finance, HR, IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience, including substantial responsibility for physician practice or ambulatory operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site primary care or physician practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational integration for newly acquired primary care practices with executive stakeholders.
• Develop and manage Day 1 through 90-day integration plans and ongoing operating standards.
• Ensure practice performance within Full-Risk Medicare Advantage and value-based care arrangements.
