Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians on financial and patient satisfaction targets, organizing resources, and maintaining performance within approved limits. A bachelor-level education and OSHA/HIPAA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor level education in Health Administration, Management, or Nursing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, Nurse Practice Act, and Employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Organizes/budgets resources (people, equipment, materials) to deliver effective patient care.
• Reviews financial and patient outcomes within predefined limits; investigates outliers for corrective action.
• Plans for acquisition, alignment, and engagement of human resources through selection, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Assesses patient experience through various methodologies and addresses complaints to meet patient needs.

Education

Bachelor-level education in Health Administration, Management, or Nursing

OSHA, HIPAA, Nurse Practice Act, and Employment legislation knowledge
