Qualifications

• Two to three years of management experience in a large primary care provider practice network.
• Experience working in a hospital system environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of physician practice systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate administrative and clinical services for one or more physician office sites (cardiology & orthopedic).
• Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
• Supervise medical, nursing and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Lead and direct the work of others; oversee cardiology/orthopedic offices.
