AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead location operations, staff development, and patient service excellence in a fast-paced optometry environment. You will drive performance, manage staff, and collaborate with district leadership to meet financial goals.

The role emphasizes people leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on operational oversight to ensure a superior patient experience under the Acuity Way. On-site full-time position in Houston, TX.
