Practice Manager of Operations
Dental Practice, is looking for a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team.

- Full-time, salaried, 40 hours a week
- Schedule will revolve around office hours and patient needs
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:15; Friday 7:30-2:00; No weekends!

Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting required; open to clinical, front office, and management backgrounds
- 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
- Dentrix or other dental software experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and develop solutions
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics

- Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills
- Develop and pursue annual business and personal development goals
- Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership
- Participate in Bell Leadership Training every 18-24 months
- Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles
- Support the Doctor in achieving professional goals and prioritizing efforts
- Create alignment with the doctor through regular communication
- Partner with the Doctor on financial goals and scheduling
- Monitor progress using DMP metrics
- Support future team growth by selecting suitable candidates
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Support team training and growth opportunities
