We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pediatric Clinic. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth functioning of our medical center while driving a culture of quality, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including patient registration, collections, staff scheduling, purchasing, and medical records
  • Supervise and support front-office and clinical staff, ensuring optimal patient flow and service delivery
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance standards in coordination with leadership
  • Manage accounts receivable and front-end revenue cycle processes to support timely billing and collections
  • Act as custodian of medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation
  • Coordinate staffing needs, time off requests, performance evaluations, and new employee onboarding/training
  • Monitor inventory and supply orders, ensuring timely procurement and budget alignment
  • Collaborate with clinicians to support efficient workflow and excellent patient experience
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the practice
  • Generate reports and monthly census data as needed for operational oversight
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance reimbursement policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field (or 5+ years progressive healthcare management experience in lieu of degree)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role in a clinic or medical office
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, medical billing, and front-office functions
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and general office software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to service excellence, team collaboration, and continuous improvement
