The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices. They will serve as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership, monitoring workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures to ensure offices meet or exceed clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership.
Compensation: $60,000 - $76,000 annually, with additional bonus potential.
