Job Summary:

The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices. They will serve as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership, monitoring workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures to ensure offices meet or exceed clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership.

Compensation: $60,000 - $76,000 annually, with additional bonus potential.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Manage financial performance of the practice group, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets, in partnership with the Operations Director.
• Coordinate and oversee operational responsibilities to ensure offices operate efficiently according to LifeStance standards; escalate and resolve facility issues.
• Report on monthly performance metrics, including variance analysis and action plans to meet objectives.
• Provide root cause analysis and action plans for under-performance areas.
• Ensure implementation of operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence and meet goals.
• Partner with shared services to support clinicians and patients effectively.
• Manage local referral relationships and promote LifeStance services to increase patient access.
• Assess patient capacity and clinician utilization with relevant teams.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance management; foster a positive culture.

Staff Performance and Support:

• Manage performance and engagement of direct reports, including clinicians and office staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations and policies.
• Provide administrative oversight and operational support for clinical staff.

Clinician Performance and Support:

• Support clinician engagement activities and onboarding processes.
• Assist with onboarding new clinicians and ensure smooth integration.
• Coordinate with intake to facilitate patient matching and clinician ramp-up.
• Serve as operational contact for clinicians' administrative questions.
• Oversee escalated patient complaints and collaborate on resolution.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support clinicians' case consults, documentation, and best practices.
• Monitor clinician satisfaction, address issues, and promote retention through regular communication and mentorship.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, handling sensitive information professionally.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership or 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
