Practice Manager of Operations
Papillion Dental Care is looking for a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team.

- Schedule will revolve around office hours and meeting the needs of patients and the team.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:15; Friday 8:00-2:00; No weekends!

Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting required.
- 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
- Eager to learn, with the ability to train and provide strong accountability.
- Ability to lead a team and build maintain team connections.
- Ability to help reach goals.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

- Prioritize and complete all PMO Training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
- Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (technical, commitment, personality).
- Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
- Participate in Bell Leadership Training every 18-24 months.
- Support the Doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations-focused philosophy through regular meetings and strong morning huddles.
- Focus efforts to support Doctors in achieving their Top 10 Professional goals.
- Create alignment with doctors through daily one-on-ones, morning huddles, and weekly touchpoints.
- Serve as a business partner for the Doctor, collaborating on quarterly and annual financial goals.
- Assist Doctors in prioritizing and planning Continuing Education (CE) and leadership programs.
- Monitor progress of the Dental Management Program (DMP).
- Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates that match practice needs.
- Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and support proper team selection.
- Onboard new team members in partnership with recruiting and support offices.
- Support team members’ growth through training programs.

Physical Requirements

- Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions, some travel involved.
- A TB test is required for all new hires, arranged during pre-employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
