Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a Practice Manager (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead our Fairwood clinic. You will manage clinical and operational directions while keeping patients and the team engaged in high‑quality care.

The role emphasizes clinic leadership, staff development, and financial oversight, with a path toward shareholder consideration as the network grows.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license required.
• 2+ years licensed PT experience with outpatient orthopedics.
• Experience in clinic leadership or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active patient caseload while guiding clinical and operational direction.
• Mentor staff through coaching and hands‑on development.
• Monitor budgets, productivity and outcomes, align with leadership goals.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Grow the clinic via physician relationships, community engagement and local marketing.
• Represent the clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to initiatives.
