What You'll Be Doing

• Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic
• Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship - continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow
• Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identify trends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goalsOversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations
• Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing
• Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives

What You'll Bring
