Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy – University Place is seeking a Practice Manager (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead this clinic and maintain patient care at the same time. You will oversee clinical and operational direction, coach staff, and manage scheduling, compliance, and financial performance.

You must hold an active Physical Therapy license and have at least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license required.
• 2+ years of licensed PT experience with outpatient orthopedics.
• Leadership experience in a clinic setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic's clinical and operational direction.
• Coach staff and mentor clinicians.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive clinic growth through physician relationships and community engagement.
• Represent the clinic at regional leadership meetings.
