Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Fairwood Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join the team. This role offers focused 1:1 patient care, AI-supported documentation, realistic productivity expectations, and robust continuing education support to advance your practice.

You will help launch a new sports performance initiative for student athletes from little league to high school, with opportunities to deepen specialty areas and participate in a profit-sharing program.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license or anticipated licensure within six months.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and continuous learning.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care and help patients achieve functional goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and prevention.
• Manage a diverse caseload with high clinical quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners for coordinated care.
• Maintain timely documentation compliant with standards.
