Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to lead a busy Whatcom (WA) physical therapy clinic. You will oversee clinical operations, staff development, and patient care to drive growth and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with physicians and staff. You will manage scheduling, billing accuracy, policy compliance, and ongoing professional development while maintaining high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• The Clinic Director must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license and registration per state guidelines.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs high quality daily patient therapy including evaluations, plan of care development, treatment, and discharge.
• Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and staff development to optimize patient care.
• Directs staff performance, coaching, and compliance with HIPAA and Medicare/ Medicaid rules.
• Develop relationships with referring physicians and grow referral sources.
• Monitor KPIs such as patient visits, billing units and patient satisfaction.
