Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy – University Place is seeking a Practice Manager (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead this clinic and maintain patient care at the same time. You will oversee clinical and operational direction, coach staff, and manage scheduling, compliance, and financial performance.

You must hold an active Physical Therapy license and have at least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience.

• 2+ years of licensed PT experience with outpatient orthopedics.
• Leadership experience in a clinic setting is advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic


• Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship - continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow


• Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identify trends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goals


• Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations


• Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing


• Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Active Physical Therapy license is required


• 2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focus is required


• Prior experience in clinic leadership, operations, or people management is advantageous
