Job summary

AEG Vision seeks a Practice Manager in Colorado Springs to lead patient care teams, optimize operations, and drive business results. You will develop staff, coach for performance, and ensure a patient-centered, high-performing environment on site.

You will partner with the Optometrist to align clinical service delivery, support system adoption, and maintain smooth patient handoffs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eyecare or optical leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold staff accountable.
• Ability to guide teams across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as primary on-site floor leader ensuring patient care standards.
• Set clear expectations and priorities for staff and patient care.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow and service offerings.
• Coach and develop team, recognize performance, and ensure accountability.
• Support training, system updates, and AI-enabled tool adoption.
• Monitor patient feedback and service trends to drive improvement.
• Review performance data and align actions with business goals.
• Collaborate with District Manager on sales, profitability, and growth.
