You will drive top-line sales, manage payroll costs, and partner with OD staff to ensure quality eye exams and service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Business degree in hospitality, business or related management field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Optician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and develop a collaborative team to improve practice performance.
• Set objectives, manage performance, and maintain high service standards.
• Drive top-line sales, profitability, and payroll controls to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with OD partners and HR to ensure quality patient care and policy adherence.
