Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager (PM) to lead our Colorado location with a people-first approach. You will guide staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to deliver professional eye exams and medical services while driving top-line sales and profitability.

You will recruit top talent, work with the District Manager to meet financial targets, and ensure exceptional patient experiences under the Acuity Way. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Business Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies leadership, creative thinking, and analytical skills to improve practice performance and solve operational issues.
• Builds an effective team that collaborates to achieve results.
• Addresses the practice's strengths and challenges with objectives, strategies, and plans.
• Establishes clear objectives for staff, communicates expectations, and sets high performance standards.

• Identifies and recruits top talent aligned with Acuity’s values for long-term sustainability.
• Collaborates with District Manager to achieve and exceed financial plans for the practice.
• Learns quickly and adapts to new problems, seeking creative solutions.
• Maintains relentless drive to achieve results and share best practices across the Acuity platform.
• Manages resources to complete tasks efficiently and deliver superior service.
• Reviews daily sales, identifies gaps, and implements corrective actions to close gaps.
• Reinforces the practice selling strategy and the Acuity Way.
• Supports loss prevention measures and HR handbook adherence.
