Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager for our Gardner, KS location to lead operations, coach staff, and drive top-line sales while optimizing margin and payroll to enhance profitability. You will partner with OD clinicians to deliver professional eye exams, medical services, and quality product selection, aligning with the Acuity Way.

You will recruit and develop talent, set clear performance expectations, and oversee loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional setting background with leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Optician certification preferred.
