Sentara Health—St. Lukes is hiring a full-time Practice Manager III in Carrollton, VA. The role partners with clinical leadership in a dyad model to ensure efficient operations across clinics with 25+ staff and handles supervision, budget, risk management, and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience, with ambulatory care leadership as a plus.

Sentara Family Medicine Physicians - St. Lukes is now hiring a full-time Practice Manager III in Carrollton, VA!

Clinic Hours

Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 5:00PM

Overview

The Practice Manager III partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 25 or more staff members and/or complexity operations score 3 for hospital or office based specialties. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• 7 years Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelor’s degree

Experience

• Healthcare - 3 years (Required)
• Supervisory - 3 years _( Required _)
• Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment (Preferred)
