HCA Florida Oak Hill Surgical Specialists in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Practice Manager II to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring compliance with all regulations and aligning with the HCA Healthcare mission.

You will develop and implement policies, supervise staff, recruit and hire personnel, oversee budgets, and collaborate with market leadership to improve service delivery and the patient experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of assigned clinics in the market/division.
• Implements written policies and procedures governing operations.
• Conducts staff performance evaluations.
• Interprets policies and procedures to employees, patients and others as needed.
• Reviews and updates operational policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assists in budgeting and financial planning for the practice.
