HCA Florida North Florida Internal Medicine is seeking a Practice Manager I to direct the day-to-day operations of the clinics. You will implement policies, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality patient care within the HCA network.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration and 3–5 years in healthcare settings. This position is incentive eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package and career growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Min three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day clinic functions and programs.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures.
• conducts staff performance evaluations and reports to leadership.
• Maintains liaison with leadership, providers and staff.
• Manages clinic budgets and resources.
• Recruits and hires clinic personnel and supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
