Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises day-to-day functions of assigned clinics in the market/division.
• Directs implementation of policies and procedures governing clinic operations.
• Conducts performance evaluations for staff.
• Interprets policy to employees, patients and agencies as needed.
• Maintains liaison with patients and ensures accurate public information describing services.
• Assists in budgeting and ensures adequate staffed workforce.
• Recruits, interviews, selects and hires clinic personnel and staff.
