• Familiarity with customer service agreements and support levels.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with staff and visitors in line with Jefferson values.
• Supervises Physician Practice operations to ensure prompt and courteous treatment of patients and other aspects of the Practice.
• Assists in developing policies and procedures with upper management to maintain effective and efficient operation.
• Manages personnel issues including training, performance and disciplinary actions; participates in hiring decisions for designated office.
• Performs annual written performance appraisals of support staff.
• Other duties as assigned; customer service focused; maintains a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
