Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily physician practice activities.
• Supervises Practice operations to ensure prompt and courteous patient care.
• Develops policies and procedures in conjunction with upper management to maintain effective and efficient operation of the Practice.
• Manages personnel issues including new employee training, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Interviews new employee prospects and participates in hiring decisions for designated office.
• Escalates issues to Managers and Administrators where appropriate.
• Performs annual written performance appraisals of support staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Customer service focused. Maintains a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
