Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager I to oversee day-to-day operations of medical practices, staff management, financial administration, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience. Location: Vernon Hills, IL; full time with some travel to other sites.

Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, budgeting and revenue cycle management, coordinating scheduling, QA and regulatory compliance, and optimizing EHR use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration/Management.
• 2 years of healthcare management experience (medical practice or hospital setting).
• AHA CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of medical practices to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise practice staff including medical assistants and administrative personnel.
• Manage budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize patient flow for timely care.
• Address patient inquiries and maintain high patient satisfaction standards.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the practice.
