Allied Physicians Group in Commack, NY is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our Allergy Division locations in Westbury and Commack. This leadership role supports clinicians and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient office workflow.

Responsibilities include staffing and training, HR processes, managing billing and coding, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and coordinating with the home corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Experience with HR best practices and staff development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and regulatory compliance skills.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and terminology; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff across the practice.
• Plan staffing and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow.
• Maintain patient records, trainings, and compliant processes.
• Oversee billing, coding, and banking activities; monitor expenses.
• Coordinate with the Home Office; uphold policies and procedures.
• Support a respectful, collaborative work culture and high patient care standards.
