Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, billing/coding oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of healthcare management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare operations and HR practices.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and terminology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff with performance reviews.
• Plan staffing and scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain training compliance and safety standards.
• Manage patient scheduling, records accuracy, and billing processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and vendor liaison.
• Support finances, billing, coding, and banking workflows.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and a collaborative culture.
