Boulder Medical Center is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations at our Louisville location, support staff development, and drive exceptional patient and provider service. This full‑time, exempt role expects strategic leadership to align clinical care with organizational goals across multiple specialties.

The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence, manage budgets, and partner with physicians and leadership to deliver outstanding patient experiences

• Provide oversight of revenue cycle performance with centralized billing teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as visit volume, access, payer mix, staffing ratios, and expenses.
• Ensure alignment between operations and long‑term financial sustainability.
• Lead practice operations on a day‑to‑day basis.

Summary

Boulder Medical Center is seeking a Practice Manager to join our Operations team at our Louisville location. This full-time, exempt salaried position works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting a multi-specialty practice that includes Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Rheumatology, and additional specialties. The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare leader who excels at staff development, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Job responsibilities

• Strategic Practice & Service Line Management
• Serve as a strategic business partner to physicians and BMC leadership to align clinical care delivery with organizational goals.
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable department and service line plans that support growth, access, quality, and financial sustainability.
• Financial & Performance Oversight
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating budgets for assigned departments or service lines.
• Provide oversight of revenue cycle performance in collaboration with centralized billing teams, including charge capture, denials, and reimbursement trends.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as wRVUs, visit volume, access, template utilization, payer mix, staffing ratios, and expense performance.
