Job summary

Boulder Medical Center is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations at our Louisville location, support staff development, and drive exceptional patient and provider service. This full‑time, exempt role expects strategic leadership to align clinical care with organizational goals across multiple specialties.

The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence, manage budgets, and partner with physicians and leadership to deliver outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi‑specialty clinic operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and revenue cycle oversight.
• Collaborative leadership with physicians and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Practice & Service Line Management with physician partners.
• Translate strategy into department plans to support growth, access, quality, and financial sustainability.
• Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets for assigned departments.
• Provide oversight of revenue cycle performance with centralized billing teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as visit volume, access, payer mix, staffing ratios, and expenses.
• Ensure alignment between operations and long‑term financial sustainability.
• Lead practice operations on a day‑to‑day basis.
