Overview
Practice Manager (Exempt) at Mercy. The Practice Manager has a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, optimizing workflow efficiency and quality, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery. Responsibilities

- Number of providers
- Number of reports (direct & indirect)
- Number of departments/locations
- Leader-specific criteria (additional responsibilities outside standard scope)
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school Diploma or equivalent. Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience: 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met.
