Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care is seeking a Practice Manager in St. Louis, MO. The role is Full Time, Exempt, and oversees daily clinic operations, staff supervision, and alignment with quality patient care goals.

You will lead caregivers, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with policies and EHR usage while driving performance metrics and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a physician clinic setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience and outcomes.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff performance and engagement.
• Support providers through effective communication and coordination of care.

Qualifications
