Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative operations for the OBGYN West Arbor and OBGYN Chelsea practices, ensuring patient access and high-quality care.

You will lead staff, manage scheduling, support recruitment and onboarding, monitor performance, and drive CORE metrics, revenue goals, and patient satisfaction in a mission‑driven health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or related certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership with direct supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
• Suggests improvements to processes and customer experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintains scheduling and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and handles promotions/discipline.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
