Job summary

Keystone Dental Partners seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a dynamic dental practice, partnering with doctors and staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching teams, optimizing operations, and driving performance across KPIs.

You will cultivate a positive, patient-centered culture, manage scheduling and front-office operations, and mentor team members to achieve continuous improvement and growth across the practice.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of practice management or leadership in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• Experience managing financial performance, KPIs and operational metrics
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with multi-location or group practices preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and rapid learning of new platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, and front-office operations
• Experience with scheduling, insurance processes, treatment coordination, and collections
