Rallyday Partners seeks a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead our Seattle dental team and oversee the patient journey, ensuring a best-in-class experience for every patient.

You will supervise scheduling, reception, and patient care processes, driving performance and staff development while maintaining strong financial oversight and compliance with practice standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster a positive patient experience and advance the practice goals.
• Knowledge of dental practice operations, financial reporting and practice management principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient journey: scheduling, reception, experience, visit completion, and patient return.
• Lead and develop the practice team to deliver a best-in-class dental experience.
• Partner with leadership on operational improvements, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to practice policies and compliance.
• Build trust with staff and patients to drive engagement and growth.
