Espire-Dental in Seattle, WA is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead our dental practice and oversee the patient journey, including scheduling, reception, and the patient experience. You will guide a team to deliver a best-in-class dental experience for our patients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice.
• Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend.
• Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations of the patient journey including scheduling and reception.
• Lead a team of practice members to deliver a best-in-class patient experience.
• Collaborate with office leadership to optimize operations and patient outcomes.
• Monitor and report on practice performance and financials.
