Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations at our Henrico & Mechanicsville orthodontic practices. You will drive team performance, ensure exceptional patient care, and partner with clinical leadership to optimize operational excellence and financial performance.

As a key leader, you’ll manage scheduling, payroll, and vendor relationships, while monitoring KPIs and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of orthodontic or dental practice management experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
• Strong business acumen, including P&L and financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered practice culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values
• Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and administrative systems
• Manage team scheduling, payroll, performance, and accountability
• Monitor and drive KPIs, revenue goals, and bonus tracking
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and patient growth strategies
• Ensure compliance with payer policies, regulatory standards, and clinical protocols
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and financial processes
• Maintain accurate patient experience standards, addressing concerns and feedback
• Conduct regular audits (charts, communications, A/R, and operational metrics)

Requirements
