Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a results-driven Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and support exceptional patient care in our orthodontic/dental practices located in Henrico and Mechanicsville.

The role partners with the Regional Director of Operations to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and a strong, patient-centered culture while offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of orthodontic or dental practice management experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered practice culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and administrative systems.
• Manage team scheduling, payroll, performance, and accountability.
• Monitor and drive KPIs, revenue goals, and bonus tracking.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and patient growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with payer policies, regulatory standards, and clinical protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and financial processes.
• Maintain accurate patient experience standards, addressing concerns and feedback.
• Conduct regular audits (charts, communications, A/R, and operational metrics).

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements
