Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping an office running smoothly, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same, balancing patient care, office operations, scheduling, and business growth?
At Paventy & Brown Orthodontics, we’re looking for a highly organized, personable, and motivated Assistant Practice Manager/Treatment Coordinator to become the heart of our practice. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the patient experience while overseeing the day‑to‑day administrative operations of a growing orthodontic office.
Paventy & Brown Orthodontics is a growing, multi‑location practice built around a simple idea: patients should feel comfortable, cared for, and confident every step of the way. We combine exceptional orthodontic care with a fun, upbeat environment that keeps patients (and team members) excited to be here. Our team values communication, consistency, and supporting one another, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.
As our Assistant Practice Manager/Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of the front office. You’ll welcome patients, coordinate consultations, present treatment and financial options, manage scheduling, oversee patient communication, and keep the day‑to‑day administrative side of the practice running efficiently. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first phone call through the completion of treatment.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, taking ownership, and making every day a little better for both patients and teammates.
We’re looking for someone with at least two years of dental or orthodontic office experience who is comfortable managing a busy front office, discussing insurance and financial arrangements, and confidently communicating with patients. You should be organized, dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining a warm, professional presence. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and a team‑first attitude are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulations.
