This role delivers operational and financial support to practice leadership, coordinating onboarding, licensing, payroll, and compliance while driving budgeting and efficiency initiatives. You will partner with physicians and leadership on strategic projects, monitor performance metrics, and manage day‑to‑day operations to advance the practice's goals and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; Master's preferred with 5+ years in healthcare administration, management, or radiology practice.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality programs, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools.
• Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting, projects, scheduling, billing compliance, and practice improvement.
• Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operations.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and practice operations.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, or radiology practice experience.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
