Job summary

Radiology Partners in Nashville is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to strengthen relationships with referring providers, promote imaging services, educate partners, and identify new business opportunities.

You will be the primary liaison for assigned provider offices, supporting marketing initiatives through provider education, community outreach, digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of healthcare marketing, physician relations, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or business development experience preferred.
  • Experience working with physician practices or outpatient healthcare services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with experience identifying referral growth opportunities and maintaining CRM data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, digital marketing, and social media management with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $68,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
