We are seeking a part-time (with full-time potential), on-site Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this solo-provider specialty practice. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping the practice organized, efficient, and patient-focused. The Practice Manager will supervise and support staff, coordinate clinic operations and patient flow, oversee scheduling and front-office processes, and serve as the primary point person for day-to-day operational issues.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, hiring and onboarding support, training and performance management, workflow development, and fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. The Practice Manager will also provide oversight of billing and revenue-cycle processes, insurance and patient account issues, practice policies, regulatory compliance, and other administrative functions.
The Practice Manager will work directly with the physician-owner to identify problems, improve workflows, monitor practice performance, and implement solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, approachable, and comfortable taking ownership of issues and following them through to resolution.
