Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical practice management or healthcare leadership.
• Experience supervising staff in an outpatient medical setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of medical billing and revenue-cycle processes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a solo-provider specialty practice.
• Supervise and support staff; coordinate clinic operations and patient flow.
• Oversee scheduling, front-office processes, and patient access.
• Provide oversight of billing, revenue-cycle, and insurance issues.
• Collaborate with the physician-owner to improve workflows and performance.
