Cute Smiles 4 Kids is seeking a Practice Manager for our Dunlap Office to lead daily operations and support our team in delivering compassionate pediatric dentistry. You’ll partner with doctors and leadership to streamline processes, improve patient experience, and manage staff growth.

In this role you’ll greet families, set clear standards, oversee scheduling, billing, and office policies, and coach your team to provide outstanding service. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of operations experience; dental experience is a plus.
• Track record of growing a business and improving performance.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to help us communicate with Spanish-speaking patients.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; passion for helping people and practices grow.
• A warm, welcoming presence that puts kids and parents at ease.
• Organized, with the ability to set priorities and delegate confidently.

What you’ll do

• Greet patients and families with a warm smile, and tend to their needs along the way, whether that’s comforting a nervous little one, answering a parent’s question, or making sure everyone feels at home
• Lead your team with consistent, practical management routines that help the office thrive and grow
• Build and refine clear standard operating procedures so everyone knows what great looks like
• Keep communication open and honest so feedback and ideas are always heard and put to good use
• Speak up for your team and make sure they have the resources and support they need
• Welcome new team members with a thoughtful, well-organized onboarding experience
• Coach and train your team on office policies and best practices
• Set clear expectations, give regular feedback, and help each team member map out their professional growth
• Keep an eye on key measures of success, including patient experience, and use what you learn to make the practice even better
• Support the practice's financial health by encouraging organic growth and managing costs wisely
• Champion an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
• Pitch in wherever needed (we're a team, after all)

What you bring

• 3+ years of operations experience (dental experience is a plus)
• A track record of helping a business grow, including increasing production and improving overall performance
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to help us communicate with Spanish‑speaking patients
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people and practices grow
• A warm, welcoming presence that puts kids and parents at ease
• A knack for staying organized, setting priorities, and delegating with confidence
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and other business software
• Experience managing a P&L and a solid grasp of core financial metrics
