Cute Smiles 4 Kids is seeking a Practice Manager for our Dunlap office to lead daily operations and drive growth. You will collaborate with doctors and leadership to implement efficient processes, maintain a welcoming environment for families, and guide a team focused on exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes strong people leadership, SOP development, and financial stewardship to support the practice’s mission of brightening kids’ smiles in Wake Forest and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience (dental experience is a plus).
• Track record of helping a business grow, including increasing production and improving overall performance.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to help us communicate with Spanish-speaking patients.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people and practices grow.
• A warm, welcoming presence that puts kids and parents at ease.
• A knack for staying organized, setting priorities, and delegating with confidence.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Experience managing a P&L and a solid grasp of core financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors and field operations to spot opportunities, solve challenges, and turn ideas into action.
• Greet patients and families with a warm smile and tend to their needs.
• Lead your team with consistent, practical management routines that help the office thrive and grow.
• Build and refine clear standard operating procedures so everyone knows what great looks like.
• Maintain open and honest communication so feedback and ideas are heard and used.
• Speak up for your team and ensure resources and support are available.
• Welcome new team members with a well-organized onboarding experience.
• Coach and train your team on office policies and best practices.
• Set clear expectations, give regular feedback, and map out growth for each member.
• Monitor patient experience and use insights to improve the practice.
• Support financial health by encouraging growth and prudent cost management.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint.
