Children's Happy Teeth, a pediatric dental practice in Long Beach, is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team of professionals. You will ensure efficient workflows, supervise staff, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for children and families.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in management, a valid driver’s license, and prior pediatric dentistry office experience.

• Valid Driver's License.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental specialty office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and team efficiency
• Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years Experience in management role (team of at least x10)
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a pediatric setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and customer service.
• Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
